How to become a new user

Welcome to the Nanoelectronics Research Facility (NRF or Nanolab), located on the 1st floor of the Engineering IV building on the campus of UCLA. We offer expertise in micro- and nano-technology fabrication equipment, as well as professionally managed use of clean room facilities to UCLA researchers, industry users, and other interested parties.
