The Nanolab depends on its users to
train new users on equipment. Only certain users (called superusers)
that have spent an enormous time using a certain machine are allowed
to train other users. In order to be trained on a machine, you must
first be placed on the equipment waiting list. Once a training session
is offered, you will be given priority depending on where you are
on the waitlist. The Training center contains all the information
you need regarding training. There you will find out what place
you are on in the waitlist, who superusers are, when the last training
session was offered, and equipment guidelines for you to bring to
your training session. Please remember that training sessions are
offered only if there is a demand for that equipment. Thus, we do
not offer training sessions on equipment on a regular basis. Please
read our training process guideline to the left. Please refer to
this guideline if you have any questions regarding the training
process. |
